Full service – ASA will prepare your UCC Filing for you, then file and monitor it. If ASA prepares your filing we will send you a draft by email for your approval. Once approved, ASA will then send your filing to the indicated jurisdiction to be filed. ASA will track and send you notification 6 months before your expiration date.
File only – ASA will file your prepared document and track it. We will then send you a notification 6 months prior to your expiration date.
